Servicing terms and conditions
- 12-month’s breakdown cover begins on the date of service or date of payment, which comes first
- All prices include VAT, are subject to our standard terms and conditions and are dependent on an initial health assessment
- Max. of 3 call outs per annum.
- Unserviced systems risk invalidating their warranty conditions and government incentive payments.
- We reserve the right to refund the cost of the service package if we arrive to service the system and we believe there is remedial works necessary on the system before the service can be completed, we can supply a quote for any remedial works.
- By taking out a service package you agree to have disclosed any issues you feel there may be with your system and if we are called to a breakdown within the first month and we believe you have not disclosed existing issues with the system, we reserve the right to cancel the service package and refund you.
- Any sale is also subject to our company terms and conditions which are available on request.
